When are your worship services?
FUMC offers two worship services on Sunday mornings at 9:15 (Blended Service) and 10:30 (Praise Service). Pick the time and type of service that is most convenient for you and join us.
How do I get to FUMC?
The church building is located on Commercial Avenue just east of the Lowell downtown and is easy to find.
Be prepared for an upbeat, enthusiastic worship experience with drama, multi-media presentations, and contemporary music. Our pastor presents the truths of the Bible in a compelling manner each week. Dress comfortably! Coats and ties are very rare at FUMC!
Our worship services rarely end with the final amen. Folks seem to hang around, enjoying each other's company and sharing smiles and small talk. Kids are at play and laughter fills the air.
Do you offer programs for children?
We sure do! We provide nursery care and Sunday School during both worship services.
What about teenagers?
On Sunday evenings our students meet at 6:00 pm in room 303 for a time of games, fellowship, food, and Bible study.
Do you offer programs/ministries for me?
FUMC has a wide variety of ministries and programs for people in all walks of life. From children to seniors and everyone in between we have something for you. Please check out our ministries page to see all that we have for you.
How can I learn more about your church and possible church membership?
If interested please email the church office or call 219.696.9219.
You will find a warm and caring family of believers at FUMC. We believe God is more concerned about your future than any failure you may have experienced, and more interested in your potential than your past. We are not perfect, we are real people with real struggles, living life together. Come see why so many others now call FUMC home.
