Prayer Request
Allow us to join our hearts with God’s heart to bring you or a loved one comfort and healing.
The Prayer Chain allows our congregation to request prayer for themselves and for others (after receiving permission). It makes us aware of who is in need of prayer support.
A prayer request may be submitted in the following ways:
- Call the church office at 219-696-9219
- Complete the back of the Attendance Card on Sunday morning
- Complete the form below which will go directly to our Prayer Request Chairs
